Position Summary

The Data Analyst works closely with the Director Business Efficiency to provide analysis of forecasts, reports and Operations work-flow. The Data Analyst will create detailed reviews, summaries and insights using model building, what-if analysis and other data analysis methodologies to support the development of innovative process improvements and efficiencies

Responsibilities
- Analyzes the forecasts, reports, financials and other data sources for Operations.
- Makes recommendation for changes to the processes and work-flow designs.
- Performs complex analyses of business groups and objectives and needs of the operations environment
- Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
- Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
- Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Researches and analyzes the proposals and business operations projects.
- Makes recommendation for changes to the processes and work-flow designs.
- Performs complex analyses of proposals business goals and objectives and needs of the operations environment.
- Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
- Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
- Develops recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations.
- Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).

Qualifications

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Demonstrated ability to use data analytic tools
- Compentence in MS Office including Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Experience
- Database experience a plus.
- Test center background helpful.
- Call center background helpful.

- Ability to effectively present information to both small and large groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to set priorities, manage time, and meet established deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
