As a strong generalist, the Human Resources Manager will support a global education company to meet its goals of change and growth by partnering with business leaders, understanding their needs, providing innovative HR support and solutions to meet those needs. You will be viewed as a business partner who can add value at the management table. The Human Resources Manager will strive for enhancement of Human Resources delivery to the Orlando site with a focus on win-win teaming, open communication, and the provision of positive solutions to a high performance and dynamic culture. The Human Resources Manager will forge strong relationships with HR colleagues and business leadership ensuring all Human Resource initiatives are sponsored and supported. Business to University (B2U) creates customized strategies to build brand awareness and increase enrollments through these relationships. The Marketing Manager, Corporate Partnerships (B2U) supports the Associate Director of Marketing (ADM) and Marketing Managers (MM) from the B2U institutions to identify and acquire quality prospective student leads for the B2U program in the higher education marketplace. The role is responsible for overseeing B2U launches when a new institution or corporate partner signs up for B2U, forecasting lead opportunities from sources, managing various institutions&#8217; requirements through each marketing team and analyzing source performance. The Marketing Manager, Corporate Partnerships (B2U) also recommends tactical and strategic changes to improve both the quantity and quality of incoming leads. Other duties include creative development execution, managing multiple institutions&#8217; requirements, communicating new initiatives and analyzing value generation by source.
